Bad Service at Papa John's

I am a fairly frequent customer of the Papa John's Pizza outlet in Rockaway, NJ.  Thier pizza is pretty good in a fairly Midwestern way, and seldom soggy.  Usually I get decent service from them, ordering online via their iPhone app and then picking up the pizza in the store.

On Friday, 14 October 2011 the service wasn't good.  I'd ordered two pizzas via my iPhone.  When I went there a female clerk took my payment and told me it'd be about 5 minutes.  I pointed at my car in front and told her to signal me in my car when they were ready.  I've done this with other clerks there a number of times and it worked fine.

After waiting between 10 and 15 minutes, the female clerk put on a jacket and looked like she was going to go out on a delivery.  I went into the store and demanded to know when I'd get my pizza.  She had to get my name and look on their computer.  My pizzas were waiting on thier shelf.  I was rather hacked off and pretty rudely jerked my pizzas out of her hands.

I do not like getting bad service.  I do not like being forgotten.  I posted a complaint on their website.  Because it may be ignored, I'm posting this here for the world to see.  We'll see what happens, if anything.
